Jonathan Roche is an Award-Winning Fitness Expert, Best-Selling Author, a 12-time Ironman Triathlon Finisher, a 22-time Boston Marathon Finisher (running 21 straight to raise funds for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute) and is the Founder and CEO of Breakthrough Health, Inc. Breakthrough’s mission is to positively transform 100 million lives by 2025 and one of Jonathan’s goals is to run 50 straight Boston Marathons.
In 1995 Jonathan weighed 224 pounds and was working long hours at Fidelity Investments when his Dad (who struggled with his weight his whole life) died suddenly of cardiac arrest. After losing his Dad, he lost 44 pounds and ran his first Boston Marathon. Jonathan, who today weighs 180 pounds, has seen first-hand how health problems can ruin families and is therefore very passionate about helping his audiences achieve improved health and vitality.

His second book titled “The Beat Diabetes Diet: The Anti-Diet Approach To Beat or Control Pre-Diabetes or Type 2 Diabetes while Cranking Up Your Energy & Weight Loss!” will be released in 2018.
Jonathan has been featured on NBC, ABC and Fox as a guest Fitness Expert and he has been featured in the L.A. Times, Success Magazine, Skiing Magazine and Women’s Health & Fitness. In addition, the American Diabetes Association has asked Jonathan to be one of their official spokespersons.
