James Lawrence

'Better known as the “Iron Cowboy,” James Lawrence did the impossible in 2015. He crossed the finish line in 50 iron-distance triathlons in all 50 states over 50 consecutive days raising over 100,000 for childhood obesity. In July in his home state of Utah, James completed his 50th straight day of a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and 26.2-mile run. The feat that is being considered the greatest endurance feat in endurance history.  Throughout his 50 days of miracles, he averaged 14 hours of movement, 10,000+ calories per day and countless challenges. His wife, five children, and a small support crew kept him navigating both physical and emotional obstacles.

James is more than an athlete but is top 10 speakers for 2017.  His message empowers others to be more and to embrace the impossible. James redefined the impossible, and his audiences leave feeling invincible.  James brings the same passion, energy, and dedication required for him to earn world records for most Ironman-distance events to every platform he speaks on.
