PARTNERING TO BRING YOU TODAY'S CHRISTIAN COMMUNICATORS
has been there. As a former police officer, he knows what it’s like to face volatile situations at every turn. Now his mission is to offer help and hope, through his speaking engagements and inspirational books, to those who walk the thin blue line.
His forthcoming book, Behind the Badge: 365 Daily Devotions for Law Enforcement, is set for release this May. In it, Adam provides spiritual nourishment and encouragement for law enforcement officers through personal stories, scripture and prayers.
Some frequently requested topics for Adam to present on include: “Arming Sheepdogs with the Truth of God’s Word”, “5 Declarations for Law Enforcement Officers and Their Families” and “Foundations in Communication: Establishing the Groundwork for A Successful Warrior Marriage”
Adam is truly poised to become the “go to” voice of encouragement for officers seeking reassurance from someone who understands what they live every day. The uncertainty they face can also take its toll at home with family, and most importantly, in marriage relationships. In 2000 Adam married his high school sweetheart, but it wasn’t a love story without challenges and heartache.
If you ask his friends and family, most will tell you Adam is passionate about his faith, family, and his divine purpose. His most prized role is that of husband to Amber, and father to three precious children.
Tara is the president of Titus II Woman Ministry, a ministry designed to encourage women right where they are through the Word of God and personal relationship. She is a graduate of Crown College and the author of A Journey in Faith; Embracing the Unknown.
Tara enjoys speaking at multiple women's events every year as well as small gatherings to encourage women across the globe. Her topics may include, but are not limited to: forgiveness, motherhood, mothering teenage daughters, marriage, Christian military family life, surviving a spouses PTSD, and many Bible topics. She is the mother to four children from teen to tween and all boy and has been married to her husband, David, for seventeen years. With her family, Tara lives in Brandon, South Dakota.
Tara's goals as an author/speaker can be summed up by a simple phrase - glorify God with the words that she speaks. In that, Tara wants to encourage women no matter where they are in their walk with Christ. "We all live a “normal” life and sometimes one kind gesture makes the difference between life and death. I aim to be a woman of encouragement to others."
Michelle Discavage is the author of Unnamed Women of the Bible: Lessons of Value, Belonging, and Worth. She is a speaker and a Certified Life Purpose Coach.
Now, doesn’t she sound amazing? Michelle's response: "Let’s be honest, most days I am the captain of the hot mess express. I lose my temper, and my keys. I doubt my abilities, no, I doubt everything. And, I question how God can and will use a mess like me."
Through her book, speaking, and as a life purpose coach, Michelle is able to encourage and equip women to discover their God given purpose. For many years, she did not feel like she measured up. While she walked around with a smile on my face and was often found laughing, in truth, she believed she was a failure. Negative words spoken to her when she was younger planted lies in her mind.
However, the day came when those lies no longer served Michelle, and she was exhausted from striving and trying to be deemed worthy by everyone she met. Michelle began to renew her mind (Romans 12:2), and stopped hiding the gifts and strengths God has given her.
Now, she embraces her mess, and praises God for his grace and mercy. And, she invites other women to do the same. Michelle desires to come alongside women as they seek truth in their own lives, and build a community of women who can admit they do not have it altogether.
"Life does not have to be perfect, and neither do we. God has a plan and a purpose for us all."
Your whole life matters. But if you’re like Matt, you’re so busy that you’ve forgotten what that really means.
Unintentionally, we lose sight of what truly matters in life and buy in to the lie that professional success will yield personal fulfillment. In short, we do more as a way to be more. But that’s a vicious cycle that leaves us exhausted.
For years, Matt thought a six-figure income would help validate who he was, so he masked his pursuit within the nobility of providing for his family and living a good life. Beneath it all, he was afraid—afraid of poverty and the opinions of others.
It took a family member’s suicide, going broke, nearly losing his marriage, and a cancer diagnosis for God to finally get his attention. The truth is, the busyness of life had drowned out His (God's) voice.
Over the past few years, Matt has dedicated himself to living this reality in the trenches and writing about what he's learning. As a husband, father to four, small-business owner, author, and speaker, there are constant demands on his time and energy. The struggle is real, but living whole is not impossible. A whole, healthy life begins with perspective.

At one point in my life…
I woke up to reality that I was bored, stuck, and unimpressed with my life. This was not what was promised to me in college. I was supposed to change the world. I was supposed to live an adventurous life. I was supposed to be doing what I love and loving what I was doing. Oh and I was supposed to be healthy and happy too.
Well there was one problem…
I was given promises without preparation. I had a magnificent and terrifying mountain to climb with no clue how to actually summit a mountain like that. There was an incredible vertical distance between what could be and what actually was. I had passion and desire for all of those things but no clue how to attain them. To go further up the mountain I had to go on a journey and I had to ask for help A LOT along the way. I have not arrived, but I am not stuck anymore. I am happier, healthier, and more effective at doing my work in the world than I have ever been.

Carey's goal is to reach right to the heart of an audience, reminding women that no matter what they’ve been through – or what they’re currently struggling with – our God is bigger. Even more, His plans are to restore His children regardless of the chaos and pain of their journey.
No matter where they are in life or in their walk with Jesus, Carey's desire is for every woman in your group to easily relate to what she shares and teaches. Carey connects with women right where they are in life, making them feel seen and heard. Because we all need hope and encouragement, that is exactly what she infuses into your group.
Carey purposes to strike the perfect balance between Biblical examples and scripture, personal testimonies, and challenging questions for the audience… all sprinkled with humor and honesty. She never speaks from a place of perfection, sounding like she has it all figured out. Instead, Carey links arms with women and walks onto the battlefield together.

He has recently written a book, “Keepers of the Sandlot.” The purpose of the book is to encourage parents and coaches and help them enjoy their kids in the developmental years of little league. It is a book about life lessons based on his experience at every level of the game. While playing the game was his passion, coaching his kids proved to be even more rewarding and challenging. The book is dedicated to the parents, players, coaches and teachers who work hard every day to shape children’s lives and play the game of life the way it is supposed to be played. Bill’s second book is called “Sandlot Strategy”; it is a parents’ manual for coaching kids.
Bill lives in Prairie Village, Kansas, with his wife of 40 years, Suzanne. They are the proud parents of Matthew, Sarah, Drew and Will. Will wants his time on earth marked by a push for something greater; to be a man of faith, serving as an example of how God uses the lowly to advance His Kingdom.
"God does not owe me anything in regards to my family, business or future as an author/orator but He, through I believe to be a vocational calling, continues to bring me back to opportunities within my gifting," shares Will. "And I do not want to ignore these calls. To aid as many people as possible in the area of hiding God's Word in their heart is the 'why' behind Membands and always will be."
And if that message can live and breathe while being spoken in front of others, then Will desires to pursue it with his whole heart--even as a man broken and imperfect
"Will Severns is a dynamic, creative, passionate and hilarious speaker. Will has a unique gift set. He can be as insightful as a writer and as funny as a stand-up comedian.
